Educating and serving families of students from preschool through grade 12, Village Academy, formerly a part of the Learning Unlimited International Schools System founded in 1976, opened its current campus in Powell, Ohio in 1990. Since that time, Powell has grown from a village to a city and Village Academy has grown into one of the finest independent, private school systems in central Ohio. Long known for its individualized approach to education, Village Academy continues to imbue its community with the same mission, philosophy, and goals and objectives instituted over thirty years ago.

The Village Academy Preschool is specifically tailored to preschool and young kindergarteners. Just two miles from the main campus, the preschool building opened in 1996 and serves to educate three, four, and young five year old students.
